Consultation Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to SIDHM astrology, numerology, palmistry, spiritual guidance and Vastu consultation bookings.

Appointment confirmation

The date and time selected during booking are customer preferences. The appointment becomes confirmed only after SIDHM contacts the customer and confirms the final schedule.

Change or cancellation request

Send the order number and requested change to info@sidhm.com or WhatsApp +91 91512 50433. Eligibility depends on the selected service and the stage of preparation or delivery.

Completed or prepared services

A consultation that has already been completed, a report that has already been prepared or delivered, or work that has already started for a personalized service cannot normally be cancelled.

SIDHM rescheduling

If SIDHM cannot provide the confirmed appointment, the team will offer a rescheduled appointment or review the order under the Refund & Replacement Policy.

Urgent and physical visits

Priority consultation fees and costs already committed for physical visits may be non-refundable. Any travel-related amount must be confirmed separately before a visit.
