Orders and payments

Product availability, prices and taxes are shown through Shopify. An order is accepted only after successful checkout and confirmation. SIDHM may contact the customer when additional information is required.

Consultation bookings

A requested date or time is a preference until SIDHM confirms the appointment. Customers must provide accurate contact and booking details.

Returns, replacements and cancellations

Eligibility is governed by the published Refund & Replacement Policy and Consultation Cancellation Policy. Personalized, energized or completed services may have different eligibility where clearly stated before purchase.

Website content, photographs and branding may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Customers must not misuse the website, interfere with checkout or submit false information.
